    Ingredients

    • 1/2 tsp. Salt
      3/4 tsp. dried Rosemary leaves
      8 rib ( approx. 1 3/4 lbs.) Lamb chops

    Directions

    1. 1) Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. On waxed paper, mix rosemary and salt. Rub rosemary mixture on lamb chops.

      2) Place lamb chops on rack in broiling pan. Place pan in broiler at closest position to source of heat. Broil lamb chops 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare or until of desired doneness, turning chops once.
