Oven Bar-B-Q Beef Brisket

    Ingredients

    • 2 1/2 lb. beef brisket
      1 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
      1 12 oz. can Coke
      1 1 oz. pkg. dry onion soup mix

    Directions

    1. 1) Place brisket fat side up in a broiling pan.

      2) Combine the coke, onion soup mix and the chili sauce and pour over the brisket.

      3) Cover with aluminum foil, shiny side down. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 3 to 4 hours.

      4) Uncover the brisket during the last half hour of cooking.

      NOTE: It is a good idea to place a large cookie sheet under the pan to catch any drips. Enjoy! :o)
