    Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp. Low-fat margarine
      1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
      2 tblsp. Fat-free skim milk
      2 tblsp. Light mayonnaise
      1 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
      1/2 cup Reduced-fat sour cream
      1 lb. Chicken tenders
      1/4 tsp. ground Black pepper
      1/4 cup Cayenne pepper sauce
      12 oz. pre-cut sticks of Carrots

    Directions

    1. 1) Heat skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken tenders, and cook until chicken just loses its pink color throughout, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

      2) Meanwhile, in small bowl, with fork, mix sour cream, blue cheese, mayonnaise, milk, Worcestershire, and pepper until blended.

      3) Transfer tenders to small platter. Add cayenne pepper sauce and 1 tablespoon water to skillet; heat to boiling. Remove skillet from heat; stir in margarine until blended. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve with carrot and celery sticks, and blue-cheese dip.
