    Ingredients

    • 3/4 tsp. Salt
      Olive-oil non-stick cooking spray
      1 1/2 lbs. small quartered Red potatoes
      1/2 tsp. dried Thyme leave
      1/4 tsp. ground Black pepper
      1/2 cup Bread crumbs

    Directions

    1. 1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

      2) In 13" by 9" metal baking pan, arrange
      potatoes in single layer.

      3) Spray potatoes with olive-oil spray to coat; toss with salt, thyme, bread crumbs and pepper.

      4) Roast potatoes 20 to 25 minutes, turning once with metal spatula, until golden and fork-tender.
