    Ingredients

    • 13 oz. Fresh Potato Gnocchi
      2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
      2.75 oz. Butter
      1/2 cup Cream
      6.5 oz. Fontina Cheese

    Directions

    1. 1) Combine the fontina cheese, cream, butter and Parmesan in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Heat, stirring occasionally, for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese has melted and sauce is smooth and hot.

      2) When the sauce is halfway done cooking, lower the gnocchi, in batches, into a large pan of salted water and cook for about two minutes or until the gnocchi rise to the surface.

      3) Drain the gnocchi, using a slotted spoon, and serve with sauce over the top. Can be garnished with fresh oregano leaves and other fresh herbs.
