    • 1 CAN SALMON
      1 PIECE ONION
      1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
      2 TABLESPOON MAYONAISE
      1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
      1 CUP OLIVE OIL

    Directions

    1. 1) OPEN A TALL CAN OF SALMON & PLACE IN BOWL
      2)CHOP 1 ONION FINELY & PLACE IN BOWL WITH SALMON
      3) MIX WITH THE SALMON & ONION 2 TABLESPOONS OF MAYONAISE & MASH ALTOGETHER
      4) BEAT 1 EGG & MIX IN WITH THE SALMON
      5) ALSO MIX IN ONE CUP OF BREADCRUMBS & 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
      6) IN A SKILLET, POUR IN ENOUGH OLIVE OIL TO COVER THE BOTTOM & TURN ON A MEDIUM HIGH HEAT
      (PLEASE WAIT FOR THE OIL TO HEAT)
      7) FORM YOUR CAKES TO A DESIRED PATTY THICKNESS & FRY ON EACH SIDE TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
      8) SERVE WITH LEMON WEDGES.
