    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
      1 beaten Egg
      1 tblsp. Mayonaisse
      1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
      1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
      1 lb. Crabmeat
      1/2 tsp. Salt
      (to taste) Pepper

    Directions

    1. 1) Combine all ingredients and form into 6 patties.

      2) Fry in small amount of cooking oil until golden brown.
