    Ingredients

    • 2 tblsp. Cider vinegar
      1 cup minced Green pepper
      2 tsp. grated Onion
      2 cups unpeeled, diced Red apples
      2/3 cup Mayonnaise
      1 head of Lettuce
      2/3 cup chopped Walnuts
      1 tsp. Salt
      4-5 cups cooked & cut-up Chicken
      1 cup sliced Celery

    Directions

    1. 1) In a large bowl with fork, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and salt.

      2) Add remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves. Toss well.

      3) Cover and refrigerate for several hours.


      TO SERVE:
      On chilled platter, arrange lettuce leaves. Lightly pile salad on lettuce leaves.
