3 tblsp. sliced Jalapeño-Peppers 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack 5 oz. Tortilla chips
1) Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. Place half the tortilla chips in 15 1/2" by 10 1/2" jelly-roll pan.
2)Sprinkle with half the shredded cheese and top with half the jalapeño-pepper slices. Broil until cheese melts and chips are lightly browned. Remove nachos to platter; repeat with remaining chips, cheese, and pepper slices.
