    Ingredients

    • 2 tsp. Brown sugar
      2 tsp. fresh peeled & minced Ginger
      2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
      2 tsp. Cider vinegar
      1 tsp. Cornstarch
      1/8 tsp. Salt
      1 tblsp. mild Molasses
      3 tblsp. Chili sauce
      1 lb. Boneless pork ribs

    Directions

    1. 1) In small bowl, stir together all ingredients except pork. Add 1 tablespoon water to sauce mixture, set aside.

      2) Heat nonstick 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork ribs, and cook until they are lightly browned on the outside and just lose their pink color on the inside, about 5 minutes, turning once.

      3) Reduce heat to low, add sauce to pork, and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute, until sauce bubbles and thickens.
