    Ingredients

    • 1/2 tsp. ground Black pepper
      1 1/2 tsp. Salt
      5 lbs. assorted small, quartered Potatoes
      1/4 cup Olive oil
      2 tblsp. fresh chopped Rosemary
      For garnish Rosemary sprigs

    Directions

    1. 1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

      2) Place potatoes in large roasting pan (17" by 11 1/2"); toss with olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and
      pepper.

      3) Roast potatoes 30 to 40 minutes, turning occasionally with metal spatula, until golden and fork-tender.

      4) Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
