1 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar 1 lg. Garlic Clove, minced 1 small Red Onion, finely chopped 2 medium Celery Stalks, with leaves, finely chopped 2 tbsp. Olive Oil 10 oz. Frozen Baby Lima Beans 2 tsp. Fresh Parsley, minced 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/8 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1) In 10-inch skillet, prepare frozen baby lima beans as label directs. Drain lima beans well and set aside. Wipe skillet dry.
2) In same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add celery with leaves, onion, and garlic and cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add cooked lima beans, vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper; heat through.
