Here is a wonderful naturally fat free punch that provides vitamin A and vitamin C. It's low in sodium too!

    Ingredients

    • 2.5 cups Cold Club Soda, Diet Ginger Ale or Diet Lemon-Lime Carbonated Beverage
      3 cups Apricot Nectar
      4 cups Water
      1 Tub TANG Brand Orange Flavor Sugar Free Drink Mix
      Ice Cubes

    Directions

    1. 1) Place drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher. Add water; stir to dissolve.

      2) Stir in nectar. Refrigerate.

      3) Just before serving, pour into punch bowl. Stir in club soda and ice cubes.

      4) Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices, if desired. Serve in punch cups.
