At the Polo Lounge, situated in the elegant Westbury Manor—a historic mansion that has been meticulously restored to capture its old world charm—you are taken back to the Victorian era of long ago, when dining was lavish in gorgeous settings and you were pampered by professional servers. Periodically refurbished, always keeping its traditional ambiance of yesteryear, the restaurant boasts leather booths, rich woods, coffered ceilings, a mahogany bar, stained glass windows and magnificent arrangements of fresh flowers maintained by in-house floral designers.
This family-owned business is operated by Vincent Scotto and his sons, Gino and Jerry, who also own Zeffirino in the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The kitchen staff at Polo Lounge, influenced by the culinary trained chef from Zeffirino, serves a unique blend of Italian recipes and prime cuts of meat. Artfully presented dishes are prepared "al minuto" from the freshest highest quality ingredients. There's a menu of creative martinis, specialty cocktails and an extensive international wine list.
Westbury Manor, a prestigious catering operation, is second to none and includes six beautifully appointed rooms available for social and corporate functions.
The restaurant, here for more than sixty years, has already served three generations of families. Every booth has plaques bearing the names of the most loyal and oldest patrons. In addition, many famous people have walked through the doors, including politicians and entertainers who come to dine from nearby Westbury Music Fair.
