I've always been able to find a good selection of quality foods and great service any time I've ever visited Chop Shop. The meal was worth every penny because my plate was loaded with food.

My best friend and I come here at least once a week for a few drinks. The service and bar food is perfect for a quick bite. We really enjoy coming here, as the Chop Shop is a bit upscale and better than most neighborhood bars.

Chop Shop Bar & Grill seafood is really good. It’s always fresh and prices seem fair. The restaurant offers very nice surroundings and warm atmosphere you would like.

My friends and I really like to eat here at this restaurant. We eat here all the time because the food is A+ and so is the service. I won’t steer you wrong by saying try this place the next time you want the best food.

I found the Rib-eye to be cooked just right and it was priced reasonably, very nice restaurant that offered a warm cozy dining experience. The service was very quick and everyone was courteous during our meal. Next time I’m going to try the seafood special that caught my eye.

Two of the best things you can ever get in life are perfectly prepared calamari and excellent steak. The Chop Shop serves both. The calamari has just that right amount of crispiness in the breading, isn't too greasy, is very tender, and comes with delicious marinara sauce. The steak ... there are a number of different ways you can have it prepared, and they are all excellent. the gorgonzola steak is a very unique entree and by far my top choice on the menu. Coming to the Chop Shop is a treat which I can only give myself a few times a year, but I look forward to it for months every time.

I am really into pasta, and really into eating out, and at the intersection of the two you'll find the Chop Shop, one of the finest fine dining establishments on Long Island. My pasta of choice is the Lobster Carbonara, which is a spaghetti dish with lobster, shallots and peas in cream sauce. The combination of flavors is amazing! Sometimes I go for a burger instead, but if I do, I get the lobster mac 'n cheese side dish, which is glorious. Pasta fans should not miss out on some of the most delicious food anywhere on Long Island, served in a beautiful restaurant with a wonderful, inviting atmosphere.

I have been to Chop Shop three times now, and for the most part it has been a great experience. The food has been excellent each and every time, and the atmosphere is always wonderful. My only complaint is that the last time I was here, the waiter forgot part of my order and was slow getting it out when I told him. But it was really busy that night, so maybe it's not a big deal. I'll check back in after I come in here a few more times so I can give a better idea of what to expect. The other two times I was here there were no problems whatsoever. Maybe it's just a question of getting in here when it isn't too busy. Of course, at such a popular destination that could be a challenge.

This is the fourth steakhouse I tried since moving to LI a few months ago (what can I say, I am really into steak). And I can say across the board that these guys win as far as food, service and atmosphere go. The interior of the restaurant is extremely pleasant. The low light is easy on the eye and there are some nice design elements. Everything shouts style and sophistication--the food most of all. Steak is tender and never dry. Appetizers are excellent. I've been told to try the seafood, but I can't tear myself away from the steak!

Best oysters in town, and that's saying something on LI. The prices aren't bad when you consider what you're getting - some of the most flavorful, exquisite gourmet on the island. The drink menu is outstanding too. Only drawback are the wait times and the crowds. This is a popular place! Be sure to call ahead.
