"Special Statement" ...Locally dense fog early this morning over Suffolk County and southern Connecticut... Patchy fog was over Suffolk County and southern Connecticut early this morning. While visibilities were mainly 2 to 4 miles, there were pockets with visibilities of one-quarter mile or less at times. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities. If reduced visibilities are encountered, reduce speed and use low beam headlights. Chelsea attended St. Joseph's College with a Major in English and a concentration in Journalism, and plans on returning to her studies in the near future.
