Two Woodbury Men Accused of Drug Possession, According to Nassau Police

Woodbury, NY - December 28, 2017 - The Major Case Bureau reports the arrests of two Woodbury men for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance that occurred on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at 5:45 pm in Woodbury.
 
According to Narcotic Vice Squad detectives, an investigation led to a search warrant of an apartment located on Fairhaven Blvd. Detectives recovered 4 grams of crystal methamphetamine (a street value of $5000), a quantity of heroin, cocaine, gamma hydroxybutyric acid and various drug paraphernalia. Defendant Nicholas Hollis, 29, was placed under arrest on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at his home. Defendant Dennis Sneden, 64, was placed under arrest in Huntington on Tuesday, December 26, 2017.

Defendant Sneden is being charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd and 4th Degrees and 4 counts of a Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree. Defendant Hollis is being charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd  and 4th Degrees. They were arraigned on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
