Update - December 27, 2016 - The Missing Persons Squad reports the juvenile has been located. 

Elmont, NY - December 24, 2016 - The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a missing juvenile that occurred on Friday, December 23, 2016 at 6:00 pm in Elmont.

According to detectives, Shania Dockery, 14, a female black, 5’2” tall, 160 lbs., medium black and white braided hair, brown eyes was last seen leaving her Elmont residence.  She was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and black sneakers.

Detectives ask anyone with information regarding this missing juvenile to contact the Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911.  All callers will remain anonymous.
