Police Officer Helps Deliver Baby
Great Neck, NY - December 24, 2013 - The Public Information Office reports the details of an aided case that occurred on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at 5:14 P.M. in Great Neck.
According to Police, Third Precinct Officers responded to a Bank of America parking lot located at 2 Middle Neck Road for a 40 year old female in labor. Officers and Nassau County Ambulance Technicians were able to get the aided in a County Ambulance and begin transporting her to an area hospital while being escorted by a patrol car. While en route to the hospital the AMT’s delivered a healthy baby girl. Both mother and child admitted to hospital.
