Lindenhurst Man Killed in Motor Vehicle Crash
North Babylon, NY - December 24, 2013 - Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash that killed a Lindenhurst man last evening.
Wojciech Kozlowski was driving a 2007 Mazda CX-7 eastbound on the Sunrise Highway Service Road in North Babylon when his vehicle struck a guardrail and then a pole at 7:50 p.m. Kozlowski, 47, was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Medical Examiner. There were apparently no other vehicles or persons involved.
The vehicle was impounded for a safety check and the investigation is continuing.
