Greenvale, NY - December 23, 2015 - The Major Case Bureau reports the details of a Bank Robbery which occurred on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 9:15 A.M. in Greenvale.

According to Robbery Squad detectives, a male suspect entered Chase Bank located at 57 Northern Boulevard, armed with a silver automatic handgun.  The suspect is described as a male black or Hispanic, 5’ 6” tall with a thin build, wearing a dark hooded shirt, dark pants, gloves and a mask.  He demanded money from a teller, who complied, giving the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect fled on foot through the north side exit doors in an unknown direction.  There were six employees and two customers in the bank at the time of the incident.  No injuries are reported at this time.
