Suffolk County, NY - December 21, 2016 - Family Service League (FSL), a Long Island non-profit human service agency, is pleased to announce that over 1,100 children in the Mastic, Shirley and surrounding communities will be receiving toys this holiday season at the William Floyd Family Center (WFFC) in partnership with the William Floyd School District (WFSD). 

Thanks to so many generous corporate and individual donors making donations to FSL’s Project TOY initiative, local families facing overwhelming financial stress will be given the gift of a brighter holiday for their children. 

In addition, a collaborative effort with Island Harvest Food Bank (Island Harvest) has provided over 75 families with a full turkey dinner complete with trimmings.   Donations are still being accepted; for more information on ways to help please contact 631-470-6771.

FSL’s 2016 Project TOY initiative will serve over 6,000 children throughout Long Island this holiday season.
