Three Teenagers Injured in Manorville Motor Vehicle Crash, According to Authorities

Manorville, NY - December 19, 2017 - Suffolk County Police Seventh Squad detectives are investigating a crash that injured three teenagers, one seriously, in Manorville early this morning.
 
An 18-year-old female was driving a 2008 Nissan Altima westbound on North Street, approximately one mile north of Moriches Middle Island Road, when the vehicle veered off the road and crashed into a tree at approximately 2:30 a.m.
 
A 17-year-old passenger in the front seat of the vehicle was transported by Suffolk County Police helicopter to Stony Brook University Hospital in serious condition. The driver and a 17-year-old male, who had been a passenger in the backseat of the vehicle, were transported via ambulances to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue with non-life-threatening injuries.
 
The vehicle was impounded for safety checks. The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone with information on this crash to call the Seventh Squad at 631-852-8752.
