Woman Wanted for Stealing Wallet from Wading River Grocery Store

Wading River, NY - December 19th, 2014 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Riverhead Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the person who stole a wallet from a Wading River King Kullen last month.

On Saturday, November 1, 2014 a woman took a wallet that belonged to another customer and left the store, located at 6233 Route 25A.

The woman is described as a black female who was wearing a dark-colored hooded jacket.  She may have fled in an older model dark-color GMC Suburban with 20” rims.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Riverhead Police at 631-727-4500 ext. 332.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
