CANCELLED - Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert: 83-Year-Old Freeport Woman with Dementia Missing

Update - December 16, 2016 - The New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert on behalf of the Nassau County Police Department Detective Bureau for Conseulo Jobb is now cancelled as of 12:22 am on December 16, 2016.

Freeport, NY - December 15, 2016 - At the request of the NCPD Detective Bureau, a NYS Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued relating to the disappearance of Consuelo Jobb, 83, of Freeport, NY on December 15, 2016.

Consuelo is an 83-year-old missing vulnerable adult with early onset dementia and may be in need of medical attention. She was last seen on foot in the area of Woodside Ave. in Freeport, at 2:30p.m. on Thursday, December 15.

Consuelo was wearing a beige raincoat and green suede boots. She previously resided in Brooklyn and may be traveling there.

Hair: Gray
Eyes: Brown
Race: Black
