Elmont, NY - December 15th, 2014 - The Fifth Squad reports the details of a Robbery that occurred at 3:00am on Sunday, December 14, 2014 in Elmont.
According to Detectives, four unknown male subjects (no description) approached the 31 year old male victim as he exited the rear door of Moments Café located at 784 Elmont Road and demanded the victim’s personal property. A struggle ensued as the victim refused and was able to retain his property. As the subjects fled the scene in an unknown direction, the victim was stabbed with an unknown object and received a superficial laceration in his upper chest area that was closed with six sutures. A person unknown to the victim transported him to a local hospital, where hospital staff notified police of the incident.
