Baldwin, NY - December 14th, 2013 - The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Serious Auto Accident involving a bicyclist that occurred in Baldwin on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 1:15 am.
According to detectives, a 38 year old male bicyclist was riding east on Grand Terrace Avenue when he was struck by a 45 year old female driving a 2010 Toyota north on Grand Avenue. The male victim suffered severe trauma to the head and body along with multiple fractures. He was transported to a local hospital by ambulance for treatment and is listed in critical condition. The vehicle passed all safety inspections at scene and detectives report no criminality with the accident at this time.
