NCPD: Baldwin Man in Possession of 15 Fake Credit Cards Arrested

Levittown, NY - December 13th, 2013 -  Second Squad detectives report the arrest of a Baldwin man on December 13, 2013 at 12:15 am in Levittown.

According to detectives, Second Precinct officers conducted a car stop for a Vehicle & Traffic Law infraction on Hempstead Turnpike in the vicinity of Center Lane. After interviewing the driver, Farnell Florestal, 25, of 824 Barth Drive and conducting an investigation, Florestal was found to be in possession of 15 fraudulent American Express and Visa debit/gift cards.

The defendant was placed under arrest without incident.

Florestal is charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd Degree, two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree and a Vehicle & Traffic Law Infraction.
