Legislator Abrahams Thanks Nassau County Guardians for Donating Toys in Support of Ninth Annual Holiday of Giving Celebration
Mineola, NY - December 11, 2018 - Nassau County Legislator Kevan Abrahams (D - Freeport) thanked the Nassau County Guardians Association on Monday, Dec. 3 for their generous donation of toys. The donation will help bring holiday cheer to children and families facing financial hardship at Legislator Abrahams’ ninth annual “Holiday of Giving” celebration in Uniondale on Dec. 15.
“The Holiday of Giving would not be possible without the generosity of our sponsors and supporters. I am truly grateful and honored that the Nassau County Guardians Association has once again decided to help us spread holiday cheer by donating toys,” said Legislator Abrahams.
“On behalf of The Nassau County Guardians Association, it is our pleasure to support and give back to the communities we are sworn to protect,” said Nassau County Guardians Association President Ieda McCullough. “One of our goals is to foster a good relationship between the police and the community.”
