Man Wanted for Robbing Bethpage Hess Gas Station

Bethpage, NY - December 8th 2014 - The Second Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Sunday, December 07, 2014 at 5:35am in Bethpage.

According to detectives, an unknown male subject entered the Hess Gas Station, 4165 Hempstead Turnpike threatened the 61 year old employee with a knife and demanded money.  The victim opened the cash register and the subject took an undetermined amount of U.S. currency and then fled on foot in an unknown direction.

There were no reported injuries. The subject is described as a light skin male black or hispanic, wearing a red and blue jacket and dark colored jeans.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding this crime to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.  All callers will remain anonymous.
