Glen Cove, NY - December 6, 2016 - On Friday, December 16th, at 7:30 p.m. the North Shore Pops Concert Band will perform at St. Rocco’s Parish Hall, 18 Third Street, Glen Cove, NY. Come join us in the spirit of the season! The evening promises to be a fun evening for the whole family. A free will offering, benefiting MOMMAS House, enabling them to continue their work making a difference in the  lives of young mothers and their children.

MOMMAS House is a home for young mothers aged 17-21 and their babies. For approximately two years, single, homeless young women at MOMMAS House continue their education or vocational experience interrupted by pregnancy. With guidance and direction, these moms can learn to parent effectively and to support themselves and their children. Donations and the assistance of volunteers provide most of the support.
