Hicksville, NY - December 6th, 2013 - The Second Squad reports the Assault Arrest of an Elmont man on December 6, 2013 at 9:00am in Hicksville.

According to Detectives, defendant Brandon Miranda, 17, of 1471 Rosser Avenue while attending the Boces Career High School located at 111 Cantiague Rock Road  did punch the 41 year old male victim in the right side of his head causing swelling and substantial pain. 

The defendant was arrested without incident at the location at 9:40am.  He is charged with Assault 2nd Degree and will be arraigned in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
