SPCA Offering Reward for Arrest of Individual Who Threw Kittens from Moving Vehicle in Patchogue

Patchogue, NY - December 4, 2018 - On Monday, December 3, 2018 at approximately 8:15 am two (2) kittens were allegedly thrown from a white sedan traveling on Log Rd in Patchogue in the vicinity of Buckley Road and the intersection of Risley Rd. and Prince Street.  The witness clearly saw the live kittens thrown out of the window while speeding through a stop sign.  
  
The two kittens appear to be standard household cats. 
 
The Suffolk County SPCA is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for this heinous act of cruelty. The kittens sustained fatal injuries. The person responsible could be facing felony animal cruelty charges.
