Peeping Tom Arrested After Employee Finds Hidden Camera in Bathroom in Brentwood

Brentwood, NY - December 2nd, 2013 - Suffolk County Police today arrested a man that was secretly recording employees in a photography studio bathroom in Brentwood.
 
A 24-year-old female employee of Foto Y Video Alexander, located at 1114 Suffolk Ave., discovered images of herself on her boss’ computer.  The images were captured without her knowledge while she was in the studio’s bathroom.
 
Third Squad detectives conducted an investigation and discovered a remote recording device hidden in the business’ bathroom. Recordings of another employee, a 19-year-old female, were also discovered.
 
The owner of the business, William Iglesias, 39, of 56 Bushwick Ave., Brentwood, was arrested today at approximately 2 p.m. and charged with Unlawful Surveillance 2nd Degree, a class E Felony.  He will be held overnight at the Third Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on December 3.

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
