Holiday Dreams 2017 - Hosted By Christine Montanti of Social Life Magazine; Performances By Ballroom Dancers

Written by Long Island News & PR  |  01. December 2017

Long Island, NY - December 1, 2017 - As the 8th year this program has been held, Holiday Dreams has been able to give hope back to an average of 200-250 families per year. These families are able to register through schools, churches, community programs, after care, shelters and more. To make this a more personalized experience, each registered family is interviewed and then a request list is created for each child. By spending a minimum of $100 on each child and purchasing the gifts that they requested, Holiday Dreams gives children and their families hope during the holidays.

This year’s event will be hosted by Christine Montanti of Social Life Magazine, with performances by Ballroom Dancers Marina Palacios and Dimitriy Saykovskyy, and Musical Artist Nicolette. Holiday Dreams is presented by Rhonda Klch of Equity First Foundation, Dean Spinata of TiedIn Media, and Larry McDonnell, board member for Holiday Dreams. There will be an open bar, a silent auction by Bobby Ross, a photo booth, a DJ playing fun music throughout the evening, photography and video courtesy of Social Life Magazine, party favors, sponsorship levels, and casino games. Steve Harper from K-JOY will emcee the night’s festivities. Donations made directly to Equity First Foundation.

Last year Holiday Dreams was able to raise $50,000 in kind donations and we offer our deepest gratitude to all who lent their support and time to this fundraiser! This year we hope to help at least 500 families by raising $100,000 in kind donations and need more help than ever.
