Nassau County Comptroller George Maragos Host Non-Profit Symposium in Mineola on December 6

Mineola, NY - November 28, 2016 - Nassau County Comptroller George Maragos will be hosting a free Non-Profit Symposium at the Theodore Roosevelt Executive & Legislative Building (Peter J. Schmitt Memorial Chambers, 1550 Franklin Avenue, Mineola NY) on Tuesday, December 6th at 10:00 AM.

Who: Nonprofit organizations, County officials

When: Tuesday, December 6th, 2016, 10:00 A.M.

Where: Theodore Roosevelt Executive & Legislative Building, 1550 Old Country Road, Mineola NY.

The event will provide the public with an overview of best practices for non-profits conducting business with Nassau County. Comptroller Maragos will be in attendance with his administrative staff, and representatives from the Comptroller’s Vendor Claims and Field Audits departments will be speaking and participating in a question and answer session to address any queries or concerns personally.
