Nassau County PD: Westbury Man Nabbed for Nearby Home Burglary
Westbury, NY - November 24th, 2013 - The Third Squad reports an arrest for Burglary on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 8:00 P.M. in Westbury.
According to detectives, two male victims, 24 and 35, returned to their Schenk Avenue home and discovered personal property and cash had been taken. After investigation, Juan Morocho, 25, of 277 Linden Street, Westbury was placed under arrest at his home without incident.
Morocho is charged with Burglary 2nd degree and will be arraigned on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at First District Court in Hempstead.
