Freeport, NY - November 20, 2015 - At the request of the Freeport Village Police Department, a New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued relating to the disappearance of Trevor Brown; age 72; from Freeport, NY on November 20, 2015.

Trevor Brown is a 72-year-old vulnerable adult with dementia. He was last seen on foot wearing blue jeans, red shirt, green sweatshirt, black shoes and a navy blue hat. Trevor has previously been located in Baldwin and has been known to walk to Queens. He may be lost or confused and in need of medical attention.
