CANCELLED - Police: Silver Alert Issued for Missing Wheatley Heights Man with Bipolar Disorder

UPDATE - November 24, 2017 - Police report that Marcus McIntosh has been located, unharmed.

Wheatley Heights, NY - November 20, 2017 - Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Wheatley Heights man who suffers from bipolar disorder and other mental issues and may be in need of medication.
 
Marcus McIntosh, 22, was last seen on November 10 in Wheatley Heights. McIntosh is black, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. McIntosh was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, dark colored sweatpants, and black shoes. He may be in need of medical attention.
 
Detectives are asking anyone with information on McIntosh’s location to call 911 or the First Squad at 631-854-8152.
 
As a reminder, Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
