SCPD Crime Alert: Pair of Suspects Sought in Northport CVS Robbery

Northport, NY - November 20th, 2013 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Northport Police Department are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the men who robbed a CVS on Saturday.

A man entered the store, located at 753 Fort Salonga Road, and asked to speak with the manager. He then handed the manager a note that stated he had a gun and was robbing the store on November 16 at 5:30 p.m.  The man stole $3200 in cash and fled the store. A second man acted as a lookout during the robbery.

The first suspect was described as Hispanic with light skin, between 25 and 30 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall, heavy set and spoke with an accent. He wore rectangular-framed glasses. The second man was described as white or Hispanic, 25 to 30 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall to 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
