SCPD Silver Alert: Mastic Teen Suffering from BiPolar, Depression Missing

Mastic, NY - November 18, 2014 - The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Mastic teen who suffers from bipolar disorder and depression.

Amanda Guidone, 15, was last seen at her residence, located at 93 Mastic Boulevard, on November 10. She is white with a fair complexion, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 130 pounds with brown eyes and light brown hair. She has a scar on her left forearm.

Guidone has been known to frequent Washington Avenue and Poospatuck Lane in Mastic. Guidone has run away from home in the past.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Seventh Squad detectives at 631-852-8752 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.  All calls will remain confidential.

As a reminder, Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.
