Bellmore, NY - November 15th, 2013 - The Narcotics/Vice Squad reports the arrest of a Queens woman for Unauthorized Practice of a Crime that occurred on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 2:45 p.m. in Bellmore.

According to detectives, Ya Ling Meng, 45, of 41-90 Frame Avenue, Flushing while working at Foot Spa, 2811 Merrick Road performed an unlicensed massage to an undercover detective for an undisclosed amount of cash. In addition, Meng offered to engage in a sexual act for an undisclosed amount of money. She was placed under arrest without incident.

The defendant is charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Crime and Prostitution. She will be arraigned on Friday, November 15, 2013 at First District Court in Hempstead.
