SCPD Crime Alert: Pair Wanted for Jewelry Theft in Bay Shore

Bay Shore, NY - November 14th, 2013 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate two people who stole jewelry from a department store in Bay Shore last week.

A man and woman broke into a countertop jewelry display case at Macy’s, located at 1701 Sunrise Highway North Service Road, and stole two white gold rings with diamonds valued at approximately $1200 on November 5 at 4 p.m.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
