NCPD: Massage Therapist Inappropriately Touched 16 Year-Old Victim at Massapequa Spa

Massapequa, NY - November 10, 2017 - Seventh Squad detectives report the arrest of a Queens man for sexual abuse that occurred in Massapequa on Thursday, 11/09/17 at 4:40 P.M.
 
According to detectives, Bing Yue, 31, of Flushing, while working as a massage therapist at Gogo Foot Spa located at 608 Broadway, inappropriately touched a female victim, 16, in a sexual manner, while performing a massage. The victim left the store and notified police. The defendant is not licensed to perform massage.
 
Yue is being charged with Sexual Abuse 3rd Degree, Forcible Touching and Unauthorized Practice of Profession. He will be arraigned on Friday, 11/10/17 in First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
