Police: Lindenhurst Man Busted After Allegedly Dealing Amphetamine, Oxycodone

Lindenhurst, NY - November 7, 2017 - The Narcotics Vice Squad reports the details of an arrest for criminal possession of a controlled substance on Monday November 6, 2017 at 10:30 PM.
 
According to detectives, on March 17, 2017 the defendant Frank Dangelo, 62 of Lindenhurst possessed and subsequently sold a quantity of Amphetamine to another person in Seaford. Then on April 15, 2017 Frank Dangelo possessed and subsequently sold a quantity of Oxycodone to another person in Lindenhurst. Dangelo was arrested at his residence without incident. 
 
Additionally Dangelo stated he is a Psychologist who specializes in addiction, depression and anxiety. 
 
The defendant was charged with 2 Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3RD degree and 2 Counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree. He will be arraigned on Tuesday, November 07, 2017 at First District Court in Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
