North Merrick, NY - November 6th, 2013 - Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives report the arrest of a South Hempstead man for criminal sale and possession of Heroin on Tuesday, 11/05/13 at 5:20 P.M.

According to detectives, Jonathan George, 28, of 553 Christie St., did sell on two unspecified dates, Heroin to another for an agreed upon amount of cash in N. Merrick and Lynbrook.

Bureau of Special Operations police officers arrested the defendant on Tuesday, 11/05/13 on Pettit Ave. in N. Merrick.  He is being charged with two counts of Criminal Sale Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and will be arraigned on Wednesday, 11/06/13 in First District Court, Hempstead.
