Seaford, NY - November 6th, 2013 - Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives report the arrest of a Seaford woman for criminal sale and possession of Oxycontin/Oxycodone on Tuesday, 11/05/13 at 10:05 P.M.

According to detectives, Joanne Madigan, 51, of 2230 Washington Ave., did sell on three unspecified dates in Seaford, an amount of Oxycontin/Oxycodone to another for an agreed upon amount of cash.

Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives arrested the defendant on 11/05/13 on Jackson Ave. in Seaford.  She is being charged with three counts of Criminal Sale Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, three counts of Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and will be arraigned on Wednesday, 11/06/13 in First District Court, Hempstead.
