Suffolk Police Seeking Man Who Made Off with Pair of $6,000 Glasses from Lake Grove Store

Lake Grove, NY - November 1, 2017 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who stole items from a Lake Grove store.
 
A man stole two pairs of Cartier Wood Rimless glasses frames, valued at approximately $6000, from Cohen’s Optical, located at 324 Smith Haven Mall on September 16 at 4:24 p.m. The suspect is described as a thin white male with short thinning hair, who was wearing black dress pants and a light-colored button-up shirt.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
