VIDEO: Female Suspect Used Counterfeit Currency at Two Suffolk County Businesses

Huntington Station, NY - October 30, 2018 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating the woman who is wanted for questioning in connection to a counterfeit currency investigation.
 
A woman attempted to use a counterfeit $100 to pay for food at C&C Meats in Huntington Station on August 6 at approximately 2:50 p.m. The employee did not accept the money. The same woman is wanted for using counterfeit money to make a purchase at Emilia’s Bakehouse in Melville in June.
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
