Laurel Hollow, NY - October 29, 2018 - The Nassau County Police Department is investigating a Serious Vehicular Accident that occurred on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 1:44 p.m. in Laurel Hollow.
According to detectives, a 90 year old male was operating a 2006 Jaguar on Bungtown Road and drove the vehicle through a guard rail and down an embankment. The male suffered a laceration to his head and was airlifted to an area hospital for treatment.
The vehicle was impounded for a brake and safety inspection. Detectives report no apparent criminality with the accident at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
